By accessing or using the Neuro Systems platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Neuro Systems provides financial analytics tools, including but not limited to portfolio optimization, sector analysis, stock screening, and AI-powered market insights. The Service is intended for informational and analytical purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitations to buy or sell securities.

3. Authorized Use

The Service and all data, analytics, reports, and content generated through it (collectively, "Platform Data") are provided for use within your organization's authorized business operations, including advisory and analytical services to your clients. You expressly agree that you shall not:

• Redistribute, republish, sublicense, or otherwise make Platform Data available to any third party outside your organization, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes
• Share, forward, or disseminate analytics results, screening outputs, reports, or any other data obtained through the Service to parties outside your organization
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit Platform Data for any purpose beyond your authorized business use
• Aggregate, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service using automated means (bots, crawlers, or scripts)
• Present Platform Data as your own proprietary data product or resell it as a standalone data offering

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account without notice and may subject you to legal liability.

4. Account Registration & Security

The Service aggregates data from third-party sources, including but not limited to stock exchanges, financial data providers, and market indices. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that any data provided through the Service is complete, accurate, current, or error-free.

You acknowledge that financial data is subject to delays, inaccuracies, and interruptions, and you agree not to rely solely on Platform Data for making investment decisions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEURO SYSTEMS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL ADVICE. ANY INVESTMENT DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE MADE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND SOLE DISCRETION.
