All paid EGXLytics charges are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, partial refunds, credits, or retroactive adjustments after payment is collected.

EGXLytics paid subscriptions are non-refundable. Users can cancel during the free period only to avoid being charged.

No refunds are issued after payment. To prevent a paid charge, cancel before the free period ends.
Cancel during the free period
The only way to avoid a paid charge is to cancel during the free period before it ends. Once the free period ends, billing begins according to the selected plan.
After payment is collected
After a paid charge is processed, the charge cannot be refunded. Access may remain available according to the plan and billing state shown inside your account.
